The 2025 IPTC Spring Meeting will be held in Juan les Pins, France (a neighbourhood of Antibes, near Nice) from Wednesday 14th to Friday 16th May 2025.

Meeting Venue

This year’s meeting will be held at the AC Hotel Ambassadeur Juans les Pins, a 4-star hotel in Juans les Pins, near Antibes in the south of France.

The meeting will be co-located with the CEPIC Congress 2025. The CEPIC event runs from Monday 12th to Wednesday 14th May, and the IPTC Spring Meeting goes from Wednesday 14th to Friday 16th. CEPIC is the “Centre of the European Picture Industry”, an association of companies in the image licensing and distribution business.

Event details

As well as updates from IPTC Working Groups such as the News Architecture Working Group, Photo Metadata Working Group, Video Metadata Working Group, NewsCodes Working Group and Sports Content Working Group, we will hear from exciting projects in the media and startup space from members, invited companies and startups.

Registration

All IPTC members are encouraged to attend. Attendance is free for staff from IPTC member companies.
