IPTC Developer Site for RightsML

In addition to the specifications of RightsML the IPTC also maintains a developer site for RightsML implementers: see http://dev.iptc.org/RightsML. This site helps to implement the specifications by providing guidelines and best practices. Further it provides an open forum for discussing RightsML.
