Specify whether to use icons in the documentation.

Icons highlight various component types and other entities being documented.
They are also used as structure elements (handles) in XSD type derivation tree.
<p>
When this parameter is unselected (<b><code>false</code></b>), all icons will be disabled.
This will make smaller documentation files (especially in case of RTF).
